Thank you for choosing Robby’s Soft Plastics. All baits are handmade and poured to order. Please review our full shipping guidelines below.


1. Processing & Production Time

All baits are custom-made. Production time includes pouring, curing, trimming, and packaging.

Typical production timeframe:
2–7 business days

Production may vary based on:

  • Order size

  • Custom color requests

  • Seasonal order volume

  • Bulk orders

If your order requires extra time, we’ll notify you.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

After production is complete, orders ship using carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Order weight

  • Shipping method selected

We do our best to keep shipping costs affordable.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your:

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Tracking number

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once we hand a package to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received:

  1. Allow 24–48 hours (sometimes scanned early).

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact your local post office.

If still missing after 48 hours, reach out to us and we will help with next steps.

If your package is lost in transit:

We will assist you in filing a claim and may send a replacement depending on the situation.

Stolen packages:

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we will help you with options.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must enter accurate shipping information at checkout.

If the address is wrong:

  • Contact us immediately

  • If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address

  • If it has shipped, we cannot retrieve it or change the address

Reshipment may require an additional fee.


7. International Shipping (If Enabled)

If we offer international shipping:

  • Delivery times vary by country

  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility

  • Customs delays are outside our control
