At Robby’s Soft Plastics, all soft plastic baits are individually hand-poured with care. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make sure every customer is satisfied. Please review our refund and return terms below.


Return Rules Summary

  • Returns accepted for 30 days

  • Customer provides return shipping

  • No restocking fee

  • No final sale items


1. General Return Policy

Because our baits are custom-made and often produced to order, most purchases are considered final once production begins.

However, we allow returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible situations, as long as the items are:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Packaged properly for return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund

We reserve the right to determine the best resolution based on the situation.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Used baits

  • Baits damaged from normal fishing use

  • Custom colors that match your order but don’t meet personal expectations

  • Errors caused by selecting the wrong size, bait type, or quantity

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Please double-check your order before checkout.


4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started.
Once we begin pouring your baits, the order cannot be canceled.


5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but missing:

  1. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact your local post office.

If still missing after 48 hours, contact us for assistance.
We will help file a claim or determine the next steps.


6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank

Refunds are only issued after the returned items are received and inspected.
