Our Story — The Beginning of RSP

I remember the days when I needed baits but couldn’t afford to buy the ones I really wanted. Money was tight, but my passion for fishing never faded. One day it hit me — why don’t I make them myself?

What started as a simple idea in my garage quickly turned into something bigger than I ever imagined. In 2024, I founded RSP (Robby’s Soft Plastics) with nothing more than a few molds, a dream, and a drive to make quality baits that actually catch fish.

At first, it was just me — hand-pouring every bait, testing new colors, and spending long nights perfecting the designs. Before I knew it, RSP baits were getting noticed. Word spread fast through local anglers and bait shops, and now we’re proud to say RSP has been selling out bait shops worldwide.

We’re currently working with Bass Pro Shops, and that’s only the beginning. My goal is simple: to make RSP a name known around the world — trusted by anglers who love the craft as much as I do.

To anyone out there chasing a dream: people will doubt you, life will test you, but never stop believing in yourself. I’m living proof that if you do what you love every day, you’ll never have to work a day in your life.
